Into Your Arms

from 10 Covers by Richard Turgeon

about

This song has always moved me. It's so warm, beautiful, and true. It was probably originally written for a romantic love, but for me, it captures a feeling I hope my young sons feel about their parents.

My cover version stays close to the Lemonheads' 1993 version, but with a few new surprises I hope you enjoy.

Thanks for listening as always.

lyrics

I know a place where I can go
When I'm alone
Into your arms whoa
Into your arms
I can go

I know a place that's safe and warm
From the crowd
Into your arms whoa
Into your arms
I can go

And if I should fall (fall)
I know I won't be alone
Be alone anymore

I know a place where I can go
When I'm alone
Into your arms whoa
Into your arms
I can go

I know a place that's safe and warm
From the crowd
Into your arms whoa
Into your arms
I can go

So if I should fall
I know I won't be alone
Be alone anymore

I know a place where I can go
When I'm alone
Into your arms whoa
Into your arms
I can go
I can go
